Oliver – All he needs is a chance to be loved
We first met Oliver at the municipal shelter. Something about him made us want to give him a chance, so we decided to bring him into our care and help him find the happy future he deserves.
Oliver can be a little hesitant around people he doesn’t know, but he doesn’t need much time to feel safe. Once he realizes that he can trust you, he begins to relax and enjoy your company.
These days, he loves being close to us and is showing us more and more of his sweet nature. He’s also friendly and calm with the other dogs, making him a lovely companion to have around.
We don’t know what Oliver’s life was like before he came to us. There may be many things he still needs to learn, and his future family will need to help him discover the world at his own pace, with patience, kindness and understanding.
But every new beginning starts with a chance — and Oliver is ready for his.
He’s waiting for someone who will look beyond his initial shyness, see the lovely dog he is and give him the security of a home where he will always belong.
Oliver is ready to leave his past behind and begin his forever story.
