Didi

Didi was rescued from an area affected by a fire. She was taken to what was supposed to be a safe place, where she should have been protected. Sadly, we discovered that the people there were kicking her, causing an injury to her spine.

We decided to take Didi into our shelter, where she could finally be safe.

She grew up surrounded by love, care and people who cherish her. Here, she has been able to enjoy her life, feeling safe and loved, just as every dog deserves.

We don’t know whether her condition can improve, and we don’t know if someone will ever come along who is willing to adopt her. We can only hope that one day, someone will look at Didi and see not her limitations, but the beautiful soul she is.

But one thing is certain: Didi will never be alone.

We will be her family for as long as she needs us, even if that means for the rest of her life. She will always have a safe place, loving people by her side and the care she deserves.

Of course, we dream of her finding a family of her own, someone who will give her a home and love her unconditionally. But until that day comes — or even if it never does — Didi will always belong somewhere. She belongs with us.
