Bonnie – From a life of misery to finally enjoying life
We rescued Bonnie from a public shelter where all the dogs were living in truly heartbreaking conditions.
At first, although she was happy to be with us, Bonnie was a real free spirit. She always found a way to escape, driven by her curiosity and her desire to discover the world beyond the shelter gates.
But that has changed completely. These days, Bonnie never leaves our side.
She is sweet, calm, affectionate and incredibly sensitive. And there is one thing she will always happily do — roll over and show you her belly for some cuddles!
She is social with other dogs, loves to play and run, and most importantly, she is finally enjoying life the way she deserves to.
But as happy as she is with us, we know she would be even happier in a home of her own, with a family to love and call hers.
Bonnie has already come so far. Now she just needs someone to give her the final piece of her story: a loving home where she can stay forever.
